Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify process improvements and implement best practices within the team.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and skill development.
- Coordinate cross-functional communication to align testing strategies with project goals.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Data Warehouse ETL Testing.
- Experience in designing and executing automated test scripts for complex data workflows.
- Strong knowledge of data validation techniques and data quality assurance in ETL processes.
- Familiarity with test management tools and defect tracking systems.
- Ability to analyze large datasets to identify discrepancies and ensure data integrity.
- Skilled in troubleshooting and resolving issues related to data extraction, transformation, and loading.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Data Warehouse ETL Testing.
- This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
