Operations Management -M&E  To establish engineering & operational procedures & roll out the same for site staff  To monitor & execute day to day operations at site. To co-ordinate with vendors for repair & maintenance activity of infrastructure To establish contacts with local authorities (M&E related) for facility related issues and for all statutory related compliances at all times  To review the maintenance/service practices of M&E contactors to deliver quality work practices in line with the manufacturer recommendations.  To plan & ensure smooth operations of all mechanical, electrical, plumbing & civil works pertaining to the facility  Responsible for development of all maintenance related schedules & shut down in consultations with OEM & Philips  Periodically inspection of log books, history card, checklist, escalation charts, OCP & PPM schedules etc for a better management of engineering systems   To ensure an uptime of 100% and set up the practices to deliver seamless service to Philips   To implement energy management program to reduce the cost on utilities  Handle (if needed) small renovation projects from initiation to completion   To ensure the technical staff attends & work for closures for all F&S technical related issues in the facility  To plan, implement & adhere to 52 weeks annual M&E maintenance schedule  To adhere & maintain consistency on agreed SLA & KPI  To participate during emergency evacuation procedure and manage all health & safety issues  All events are supported well from Technical side on a daily basis. Records Management  1. To ensure Daily, Weekly, Monthly, Quarterly, Half Yearly & Yearly records are checked for its accuracy & analysis purposes and update all engineering related activities  2. To take up all audits related to Philips and take necessary action for closing the observations  Reporting Management  1. Daily Report – Service Report, SLA Report  2. Monthly Report – Energy Report, IIEE Report, Major works carried out report & Equipment Status Report, LCD Projector Report  3. Quarterly Report – Statutory Compliance Report  Management Responsibilities  1. Provide leadership to the M&E team  2. In consultation of Facility Manager or Group Chief Engineer, oversee the operation, staffing, performance, development of transport team  3. Demonstrate leadership & responsiveness and creativity  4. Understand the M&E scope and in consultations with Facility Manager or Group Chief Engineer – develop specific processes & procedures to reduce cost & improve client satisfaction  5. Accomplish Key Performance Indicators as agreed with Philips  6. Coordinate Facility Manager or Group Chief Engineer on the goal setting, performance reviews, and career development plan for transport team  7. To ensure Philips Policies, Processes & procedures are adhered by all transport staff in the facility  8. Assist FM in developing & implementing the facility account plan for the facility  9. To ensure necessary training plan is scheduled and train the M&E team as per schedules
