- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
- Lead the coordination of project activities to ensure timely delivery and quality standards.
- Mentor junior team members to foster skill development and knowledge sharing.
- Facilitate communication between stakeholders to align technical solutions with business goals.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Kubernetes.
- Experience with container orchestration and management in cloud-native environments.
- Strong understanding of microservices architecture and deployment strategies.
- Familiarity with continuous integration and continuous deployment pipelines.
- Ability to troubleshoot and optimize distributed systems for performance and reliability.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7 years of experience in Kubernetes.
- This position is based at our KDC1A - SEZ office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
