Are you passionate about building practical Generative AI solutions that transform how enterprises work? Accenture Strategy & Consulting is seeking a AI Builder to join our Industrial Consulting practice. In this role, you will design, prototype, and deploy GenAI-powered applications, agents, and intelligent workflows using low-code/no-code platforms and Azure AI services. 

You will work with business and technology teams to convert priority use cases into scalable solutions, accelerate experimentation, and enable responsible adoption across Industrial clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage with business stakeholders to elicit, analyze and document business requirements (BRD) and translate them into detailed functional requirements (FRD) and AI solution specifications. 
• Design end-to-end AI solution blueprints covering agent orchestration flows, data sources, APIs, enterprise application touchpoints and user experience-bridging the functional specification into a buildable architecture. 
• Build and deploy GenAI solutions, AI-powered applications and intelligent workflows on low-code/no-code platforms, working hands-on with parallel internal teams as required. 
• Develop and optimize prompts, agent instructions, grounding approaches and reusable solution components; create rapid prototypes and proofs of concept to validate business value before production transition. 
• Configure workflow automation using N8N and related platforms to operationalize approved functional designs, streamlining business processes and human-in-the-loop activities. 
• Integrate Azure AI services with enterprise systems, knowledge sources, connectors and APIs in line with agreed functional and technical specifications. 
• Apply testing, monitoring, security, governance and Responsible AI practices across the full solution lifecycle-from requirements sign-off through go-live. 
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, data teams and Accenture engineering teams to ensure solutions remain aligned to functional requirements and deliver measurable business value. 
• Contribute reusable assets, BRD/FRD templates, accelerators and implementation patterns to grow the Industrial AI practice.

• AI Builder, low-code/no-code platforms, and related development ecosystems. 
• Prompt engineering, prompt optimization, and model response evaluation. 
• RAG, semantic search, vector databases, and grounding techniques. 
• Business process understanding, solution design, and client-facing communication. 
• N8N, workflow automation, APIs, connectors, and enterprise integrations. 
• Azure AI services, Azure OpenAI, and enterprise knowledge integration. 
• Responsible AI, security, privacy, governance, and human oversight.
