HIRING MULTIPLE JOB OPENINGS

Location: Gurgaon / Work From Office

Employment Type: Full-Time

Department: Sales | Customer Support | Travel/OTA Operations | Back Office

Working Days: Monday to Saturday / Rotational Shifts (as applicable)

Open Positions

1. Inside Sales Executive – International

Experience: 6 Months – 3 Years

Salary: 25,000 – 32,000/month

Process: International Voice – Outbound Sales

2. Customer Support Executive – Voice/OTA

Experience: 0–1 Year

Salary: 21,000 – 25,000/month

Process: Inbound / Select Outbound Voice

3. Holiday Sales Executive – OTA

Experience: 1–3 Years

Salary: 23,500 – 28,000/month

Process: Voice / Sales

4. Back Office Executive – Travel/OTA Operations

Experience: 1–3 Years

Salary: 21,000 – 32,000/month

GDS: Amadeus / Galileo / Sabre – Compulsory

Key Responsibilities

Handle customer calls, enquiries and sales opportunities

• Convert leads and achieve monthly sales targets

• Assist customers with flight, hotel and holiday bookings

• Handle booking modifications, cancellations, refunds and ticketing

• Maintain accurate customer/booking records in CRM

• Coordinate with internal teams, airlines, hotels and suppliers

• Resolve customer queries and provide timely solutions

• Follow company SOPs, quality standards and TAT/SLA requirements

Requirements

Graduate in any discipline

• Excellent communication skills in English & Hindi

• Relevant experience in Sales, BPO, Customer Support, OTA, Travel or Back Office

• Strong customer-handling, problem-solving and negotiation skills

• Comfortable working in a target-driven environment

• Willingness to work from office and rotational shifts, where applicable

• GDS knowledge is mandatory for Travel Back Office roles
