Summary:
As a Data Platform Engineer, a typical day involves contributing to the development and refinement of the data platform blueprint and design, ensuring that all components align effectively. This role requires close collaboration with Integration Architects and Data Architects to maintain seamless integration across various systems and data models. The position demands a proactive approach to coordinating efforts that support the overall data infrastructure, fostering a cohesive environment where multiple teams work together to achieve common goals and optimize data platform performance.

- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to align data platform strategies with organizational objectives, ensuring scalability and efficiency.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentorship within the team to promote continuous learning and development.
- Coordinate cross-functional initiatives to enhance data platform capabilities and resolve integration challenges.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Data Modeling Techniques and Methodologies.
- Strong expertise in designing and implementing scalable data models that support complex business requirements.
- Experience in collaborating with architects and engineering teams to integrate data solutions across platforms.
- Ability to analyze and optimize data workflows to improve system performance and reliability.
- Familiarity with data governance principles and best practices to ensure data quality and compliance.
- Skilled in troubleshooting and resolving data integration issues in a multi-system environment.
