Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
- Lead the coordination of project tasks to ensure timely delivery and quality standards.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and skill development.
- Facilitate communication between stakeholders to align technical solutions with business goals.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Salesforce Data 360.
- Experience in data integration and management within complex software environments.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret and optimize data workflows.
- Ability to design scalable software components that align with business objectives.
- Familiarity with agile development practices and modern software frameworks.
- Competence in troubleshooting and resolving technical challenges in multi-team settings.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in Salesforce Data 360.
- This position is based at our KDC1D - SEZ location.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
