Job Description

Associate Director

We are seeking an experienced SAP CPI Lead/Solution Architect with a strong background in SAP Strategy and Architecture team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in designing, developing, and implementing SAP CPI cloud-based solutions together with Solution Architecture, SAP integration strategy,to meet the needs of the organisation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the senior technical authority for SAP Integration Suite/CPI solutions while maintaining sufficient hands-on involvement to guide implementation teams.
  • Lead the design and implementation of enterprise integration solutions using SAP Integration Suite.
  • Define integration architecture, standards, governance, and best practices.
  • Guide and mentor integration developers and technical teams.
  • Oversee development of integration flows, APIs, mappings, and custom scripts using Java/Groovy.
  • Manage integrations using REST, SOAP, OData, IDoc, RFC, SFTP, and SAP APIs/BAPIs.
  • Drive performance optimization, monitoring, troubleshooting, and operational support.
  • Ensure compliance with security, regulatory, and enterprise architecture standards.
  • Collaborate with business and technology stakeholders to deliver strategic integration solutions.

  • Support technical estimations, solution planning, delivery approach, and architectural decision-making

Experience & Skills

  • Strong expertise in SAP Integration Suite (CPI) and enterprise integration architecture.
  • Strong programming skills in Java and Groovy.
  • Deep understanding of REST, SOAP, OData, APIs, IDocs, RFCs, and ALE.
  • Experience leading technical teams and delivering large-scale integration programs.
  • Strong problem-solving, stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills.
  • Proven experience working as a Solution Architect, Integration Architect, Technical Architect, or Senior Technical Lead for complex enterprise integration programs.

  • Strong knowledge of performance optimization, monitoring, troubleshooting, resilience, and operational support for enterprise integrations.

  • Experience leading technical teams and delivering large-scale, business-critical integration programs.

 

 

Preferred Qualifications

  • SAP BTP / SAP Integration Suite certifications.
  • Knowledge of integration security, DevOps, and CI/CD practices.
