We are seeking an experienced Test Manager to lead end-to-end testing delivery, governance, and quality assurance across enterprise applications.The Test Manager will be responsible for test strategy, planning, execution oversight, automation alignment, and client sign-off coordination, ensuring high-quality releases and compliance with delivery standards. The role also emphasizes AI-enabled quality insights, test optimization, and stakeholder governance.Strong experience in test management, automation oversight, and large-scale program delivery is mandatory.________________________________________Key Responsibilities1. Test Strategy & Governance• Define and implement end-to-end test strategy covering: o Functional, Integration, System, and UAT testing• Establish: o Test governance model, quality gates, and entry/exit criteria• Drive: o Test planning, scheduling, and execution tracking• Ensure: o Alignment with project timelines, scope, and deliverables________________________________________2. Test Planning & Execution Oversight• Own: o Test plan preparation and review• Oversee: o Test case design, execution, and reporting• Monitor: o Test progress, defect trends, and quality metrics• Ensure: o Complete coverage of business-critical scenarios• Manage: o Risks, dependencies, and mitigation plans________________________________________3. Automation Alignment & Delivery• Align testing strategy with: o Automation frameworks and tools (Robot Framework and Playwright preferred)• Ensure: o Maximum automation coverage for regression suites• Collaborate with Automation Leads to: o Optimize automation ROI and reduce manual effort• Monitor: o Automation execution and reporting________________________________________4. Testing Support, UAT & Client Sign-off• Drive: o SIT and UAT readiness across releases• Ensure: o Business validation and test completeness• Own client sign-offJob role
