Job Description:

Key Skills/ expertise required - 

Operations & Workplace Projects management - Responsible for maintaining a seamless and safe workplace environment while executing minor capital and operational projects.

MEP and soft services management & upkeep with health & safety parameter monitoring

Vendor management

Managing small-scale office fitouts, seat reconfigurations, asset replacements, and space planning initiatives.

Oversee total facility maintenance across hard services with outsourced FM organization

Supervise embedded contractors and third-party service providers conduct monthly SLA/KPI reviews and ensure contract adherence.

Budget & Financial Administration: Manage site operational budgets (OpEx), process vendor purchase orders, review and approve invoices, and drive cost-optimization opportunities.

Performance Metrics & KPIS drafting, review & measurement

Have experience in facility relocations, and decommissionings

Maintain compliance across site
