Regional Business Manager
Business Development & Sales
- Drive revenue growth and achieve regional sales targets.
- Develop and implement business strategies to increase market share.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand customer base.
- Monitor sales performance and take corrective actions when required.
- Ensure effective execution of sales and marketing initiatives.
Team Management
- Lead, coach, and develop Area Sales Managers and Sales Executives.
- Set performance objectives and conduct regular reviews.
- Motivate teams to achieve sales and business goals.
- Support recruitment, onboarding, and training initiatives.
Customer & Stakeholder Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and channel partners.
- Handle escalations and ensure high customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to drive business success.
Market Analysis
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
- Provide market intelligence and business insights to management.
- Identify opportunities for product penetration and growth.
Financial & Operational Management
- Manage regional budgets and ensure cost-effectiveness.
- Monitor sales forecasts, inventory, and business profitability.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and processes.
- Prepare and present periodic business reports and performance updates.
