Relationship Manager - Retail
- Client Acquisition & Onboarding: Bring in new retail customers through direct outreach, referrals, and local networking.
- Portfolio Deepening: Cross-sell and upsell banking, insurance, and lending products to increase wallet share.
- Customer Service & Support: Act as the main point of contact for client queries, requests, and issue resolution.
- Data & CRM Management: Maintain accurate records of client interactions and track sales pipelines using CRM software.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Coordinate with internal credit, product, and operations teams to process customer requests smoothly
