We are looking for a driven and experienced Team Sales Manager to lead tractor loan sales through direct teams, brokers, and dealers. 

 

The role involves managing a team of field sales executives, driving business volumes, and maintaining strong relationships with channel partners. 

 

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in vehicle finance and team leadership, with a focus on productivity, collections, and customer engagement.

 

• Lead a team of 5–7 field sales executives to drive tractor loan sales. 
• Manage business volumes of approx. 500–600 tractors annually (~₹20 Cr). 
• Handle refinance business, early default collections, and team productivity. 
• Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers and brokers. 
• Work on existing customer data to generate new business opportunities. 
• Ensure smooth operations and performance within the assigned area.

 

 

 

 

• Qualification - Graduate from a recognized University - with 2 to 5 years of experience of handling relevant business. Preferably in banking or insurance.
• Job Knowledge–Understanding of TFE will be an added advantage;
• Skills & Experience– Quick Learner: Good written and oral communication.
