Customer Assistance Manager_CREDIT CARD-Hardship Assistance Unit_Noida
- Manage customer assistance operations specifically for credit card hardship cases. - Handle customer queries and provide support related to credit card difficulties. - Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer issues efficiently. - Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements. - Maintain records and documentation related to customer assistance activities. - Support the Hardship Assistance Unit in delivering timely and empathetic customer service. - Work closely with credit and risk teams to facilitate customer relief processes. - Monitor and report on customer assistance metrics and outcomes. - Facilitate communication between customers and the organization to improve service quality. - Contribute to process improvements within the customer support framework.Job role
