Role: Team Leader – Admission Counselling
Location: Noida Sector 8 | Experience: 3+ Years (Min. 1 year leading a team) | Industry: EdTech / Education
🎯 Your Goal
Lead, inspire, and drive a high-performing team of admission counsellors to smash enrollment targets and guide students toward their dream careers.
🔑 What You Will Do
Lead & Mentor: Coach your team daily on pitch quality, objection handling, and closing deals.
Drive Numbers: Own the team's weekly and monthly admission conversion targets.
Optimize Funnels: Monitor call quality, track lead response times, and manage CRM pipelines.
Close the Big Deals: Step in to handle high-value admissions and resolve student/parent escalations.
⚡ What We Are Looking For
A proven track record in EdTech sales, admissions, or business development.
Strong leadership skills—someone who leads by example and thrives under targets.
Data-driven mindset with sharp communication and negotiation skills.
