Associate Principal - Data Engineering
Seeking an experienced Oracle Project Manager with strong handson expertise in PLSQL development and Oracle database technologies The candidate will lead project delivery manage stakeholders coordinate development teams and drive successful implementation of Oraclebased applications while ensuring quality performance and timely delivery
Key Responsibilities
Lead endtoend project planning execution monitoring and delivery of Oracle application initiatives
Manage crossfunctional teams comprising developers DBAs business analysts and support teams
Drive requirement gathering effort estimation resource planning and project scheduling
Provide technical leadership on Oracle Database PLSQL development and performance optimization
Review solution designs code quality database architecture and deployment strategies
Monitor project risks dependencies and mitigation plans
Conduct stakeholder meetings and provide project status updates to leadership
Ensure adherence to SDLC Agile methodologies and organizational governance standards
Coordinate production releases defect management and postproduction support activities
Support continuous improvement initiatives automation and process optimization
Required Skills
Strong experience in Oracle Database Development
Advanced PLSQL programming packages procedures functions triggers and cursors
Oracle SQL performance tuning and query optimization
Experience managing application development and enhancement projects
Strong understanding of SDLC Agile Scrum and Waterfall methodologies
Project planning budgeting resource management and stakeholder management
Experience with data migration database deployment and release management
Excellent communication and leadership skills
Preferred Skills
Oracle EBS or Oracle Fusion Applications exposure
Experience with Oracle Forms Reports APEX or OIC
Knowledge of DevOps CICD pipelines and version control tools
Exposure to cloud platforms such as OCI AWS or Azure
PMP PRINCE2 Scrum Master or Agile certifications
Qualifications
Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science Information Technology or related discipline
8 years of Oracle technology experience with 3 years in project management or delivery leadership roles
