Area Business Manager - Reebok - Delhi | Madura Fashion and Lifestyle | Apparels
KRA (Accountabilities) (Max 1325 Characters) | Supporting Actions (Max 1325 Characters) | |
KRA1 | Maximum liquidation of stock | 1. Motivate the store people and Brand factory outlets |
2. Ensure the targets are met | ||
KRA2 | Identification of new stores | 1. Identify localities with good prospects |
2. Make sure there are no retail stores nearby | ||
3. Update the location with RBD | ||
KRA3 | Maintaining brand standards | 1. Make sure the new projects/stores are Brand compliant with Standard SOPs |
KRA4 | Relationship with franchisee store | 1. Make sure the payment sent to franchisees are received on time |
2. Negotiate with the franchisees to make sure the stock at the store doesn’t go on hold | ||
KRA5 | Conducting training sessions | 1. Ensure achievement of personal goal for all front-line sales employee at Brand Factory |
Mainly dealing with Product knowledge, customer relationship etc. |
