Job Description
Role Overview: An online sales representative (also known as an inside sales or digital sales rep) manages the entire virtual sales cycle. They find new prospects, nurture leads, give online presentations, and close deals using digital platforms
Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead Generation: Find and contact prospective clients via cold calls, emails, and social media.
2. Client Engagement: Build strong relationships and explain product benefits during virtual meetings or phone calls.Sales.
3. Pipeline Management: Track daily calls, update lead progress, and record client data using CRM software.
4. Closing Deals: Negotiate prices, handle objections, and finalize online contracts to meet monthly quotas.
5. Collaboration: Work with the marketing and product teams to share customer feedback and align sales strategies
