Job Overview:

We are looking for a Sales Associate to handle property inquiries, client coordination, and property inventory building. The role involves both office-based calling and regular field visits to industrial and commercial properties to survey available properties and interact with owners or managers. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound calls with prospective clients and understand their property requirements.
• Conduct regular field visits and surveys of factories and industrial properties across Noida.
• Meet and interact with property owners, managers, or representatives to collect updated information about properties available for sale or lease.
• Build and maintain updated property inventory by collecting accurate property details and requirements.
• Coordinate property options with clients, arrange site visits, and maintain regular follow-ups.
• Assist in lead generation, client relationship management, negotiations, and closing of property transactions

Working Hours:

• Monday to Saturday: 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM
• Location : Eon Fairfox, Sector-140A, Noida
• Nearest Noida Metro Aqua Line Stations : Sector 137 and Sector 142

Note:

This is a field oriented sales role. The position involves regular offline property surveys and visits to factories and industrial properties, along with client and property-owner interactions. Candidates should be comfortable with field visits across Noida and Greater Noida.
