Territory Business Manager - Business Loans_Business Loans_0412_0871_1072131
The Territory Business Manager (Business Loans) is responsible for driving acquisition and sourcing of Business Loan customers within the assigned territory. The role involves developing new business opportunities, managing channels and customer relationships, achieving disbursement targets, and ensuring portfolio quality.
Key Responsibilities- Source and acquire customers for Business Loans through open market channels, referrals, and direct sales activities.
- Achieve monthly business, disbursement, and revenue targets assigned for the territory.
- Build and maintain relationships with SMEs, MSMEs, self-employed professionals, traders, and business owners.
- Conduct market mapping and identify new business opportunities.
- Manage and engage DSAs, connectors, and referral partners to generate leads.
- Evaluate customer requirements and recommend suitable business financing solutions.
- Coordinate with credit and operations teams for seamless loan processing and disbursement.
- Ensure portfolio quality by adhering to credit and compliance guidelines.
- Monitor competition and market trends to identify growth opportunities.
- Drive cross-selling of other banking products and services.
