Job Title : Senior/Distinguished Technical Lead

Team : Data Security

Location : Noida, India

Contract Type : Full Time Employment

Responsibilities

• Lead by example and provide technical directions( but not managing ) to software development teams for a team size of 10-20 members.

• Participate in the development of modules including requirements analysis, architectural design, or detailed design tasks.

• Work on agile methodology using SAFe and work closely with Stakeholders and multiple feature teams.

• Foster innovation in software and technology product development. Coordinate research activities with other departments/functions Able to help technically team in debugging and reviews

• Define efficient processes to ensure strict security adherence at all stages of product development.

• Participate in discussions and be aware of the processes by working closely with CPL security team, DIS GBU security team and Thales security group.

• Engage and work with globally distributed stakeholders from security, engineering, architecture and product management teams.

Skills & Qualifications

• Experience Criteria -10-15 Yrs

• Expert in C++ OR Golang, system programming & Multithreading.

• Experience in multiple areas of software technology including SDK development, system software development and client-server application development, ability to formulate software designs from specifications and to maintain an entire project/product, including schedules and documentation.

• Add on value if knows Cloud computing, micro services and container technologies.

• Excellent oral and written communication in English language.

• Bachelor’s or, Master’s degree in computer science or, related discipline.
