We are currently seeking a MuleSoft Support Engineer to join our team in Bangalore, Karnātaka (IN-KA), India (IN).

• Job Description : Senior MuleSoft Support Engineer (8–10 Years)

  Job Summary

  We are looking for an experienced Senior MuleSoft Support Engineer to lead Advanced L2 production support for enterprise integration platforms. This role requires deep expertise in MuleSoft operational troubleshooting, complex incident analysis, cross-system integration diagnosis, and technical leadership during critical production incidents.

  The role focuses on Advanced L2 support and does not include L3 development activities.

  Key Responsibilities

  Advanced L2 Incident Management

  • Lead investigation and resolution of P1/P2 production incidents.
  • Perform end-to-end transaction tracing across multiple integrated applications.
  • Analyze complex API failures and integration issues.
  • Troubleshoot intermittent production issues and identify probable root causes.
  • Lead bridge calls and coordinate with multiple technology teams.
  • Drive restoration activities while minimizing business impact.

  MuleSoft Platform Support

  • Advanced MuleSoft log analysis.
  • Analyze DataWeave runtime errors.
  • Investigate API performance and timeout issues.
  • Diagnose connector failures and integration bottlenecks.
  • Support CloudHub / Runtime Fabric operational troubleshooting.
  • Validate deployment health after production releases.

  Messaging & Integration Platforms

  • Azure Service Bus operational support
  • RabbitMQ operational support
  • Queue monitoring
  • DLQ validation
  • Message replay and reconciliation
  • JAMS batch monitoring and rerun coordination

  Operational Excellence

  • Mentor L2 support engineers.
  • Review major incident RCA.
