  • Customer Inquiry & Request Management: Act as a primary point of contact for ongoing customer inquiries within Professional Services, directing cross-functional collaboration when customer needs extend beyond the division.

  • Resource & PM Collaboration: Partner closely with Professional Services Managers, Resource Managers, and Project Managers to collect key project metrics, track deliverables, and manage tight operational timelines.

  • Internal Communication Management: Maintain, organize, and improve internal team communication repositories and knowledge bases (including Google Sites and Google Drive).

  • Process Optimization & Problem Solving: Identify existing or potential operational bottlenecks, propose thoughtful data-driven solutions, and continuously refine internal project tracking workflows.

Essential Skills & Experience

  • Education & Experience: University degree in Business Administration or a related discipline, combined with a minimum of two years of experience coordinating projects (or an equivalent combination of education and professional experience).

  • Project Coordination & Methodologies: Basic knowledge of project management practices and proven experience coordinating project activities within a matrixed corporate environment.

  • Deadline & Pressure Resilience: Demonstrated ability to complete deadline-driven assignments consistently, accommodate urgent requests, and remain productive under pressure while balancing competing priorities.

  • Communication Excellence: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to explain information clearly, listen effectively, and present data accurately across business units.

  • Analytical Problem Solving: Self-motivated mindset with strong problem-solving capabilities, high accountability, and a drive to pursue ongoing learning opportunities.

Bonus Points For:

  • Tooling Proficiency: Hands-on experience using Google Workspace, Salesforce, Kantata (formerly Mavenlink), and Smartsheet.

  • Methodology Training: Professional coursework, certifications, or formal training in project management methodologies.

  • Financial & Industry Context: Basic understanding of accounting principles/terminology and structural familiarity with the construction industry landscape.

  • Technical Aptitude: Tech-oriented mindset with comfort in learning and adapting to new enterprise software technologies rapidly.
