Factory Manager

 *Core Responsibilities Production Management:* 

Oversee daily operations, ensure production schedules are met, and manage resources (machinery and staff) to meet demand.Safety & Compliance: Enforce health and safety regulations (e.g., OSHA) and ensure compliance with industry standards.

 *Quality Control:* 

 Collaborate with quality teams to ensure finished goods meet company standards.Staff Leadership: Hire, train, supervise, and mentor production employees, including equipment operators.Cost Management: Prepare budgets, minimize wastage, and optimize production costs.Process Improvement: Review and audit production processes to identify opportunities for improvements (e.g., Lean techniques).Maintenance: Ensure machinery and equipment are properly maintained.

 *Required Skills and Qualifications*
