Roles & Responsibilities
- Maintain and upgrade IMS & IATF systems
- Experience in Wiring harness Preferred
- Coordinate internal audits and MRM reviews
- Prepare training documents and handle procedures
- Handle internal/external complaints and supplier audits
- Lead new standards implementation
- Manage QA/QC team
- Drive zero-defect quality culture
- Manage product safety approvals
- Prepare QA performance reports
