The position requires continuous monitoring of financial data, collaborating with various stakeholders to ensure alignment with business goals, and proactively addressing any concerns that may impact financial outcomes.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead initiatives to improve financial processes and reporting accuracy.
- Facilitate communication between finance and operational departments to ensure cohesive strategy execution.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and development.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Oracle Cloud Financials Accounting Hub.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data and trends.
- Experience in financial modeling and forecasting to support strategic planning.
