We are currently seeking a Technology Consultant - Salesforce Developer to join our team in Bengaluru, Karnātaka (IN-KA), India (IN).

1. Design, develop, test, and deploy Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), SOQL/SOSL, Flows, and Salesforce configuration.
2. Develop reusable and scalable Lightning Web Components and custom Salesforce functionality.
3. Build and maintain Apex Classes, Triggers, Batch Apex, Scheduled Apex, and asynchronous processing solutions.
4. Configure Salesforce capabilities including Objects, Fields, Validation Rules, Record Types, Page Layouts, Permission Sets, Sharing Rules, and Flows.
5. Design and implement integrations between Salesforce and external applications using REST APIs, SOAP APIs, Platform Events, Web Services, and middleware platforms.
6. Work with Salesforce security concepts including Profiles, Permission Sets, Roles, Sharing Models, and Field-Level Security.
7. Perform data analysis and manipulation using SOQL, SOSL, Data Loader, and other Salesforce data tools.
8. Participate in requirement analysis, technical design, effort estimation, development, testing, deployment, and production support activities.
9. Troubleshoot application, integration, data, and performance-related issues and perform root cause analysis.
10. Follow Salesforce development standards and ensure adherence to governor limits, security, scalability, and performance best practices.
11. Support CI/CD pipelines, source control, release management, and deployment activities across Salesforce environments.
12. Collaborate with Architects, Business Analysts, QA teams, Product Owners, and Developers in an Agile delivery environment.
13. Participate in sprint planning, backlog grooming, code reviews, and Agile ceremonies.
14. Support SIT, UAT, release validation, deployment, and post-production stabilization activities.

1. 3–5+ years of hands-on experience in Salesforce Development.
2. Strong experience developing applications using Apex, LWC, SOQL/SOSL, Salesforce Flows, and Triggers.
3. Experience with Salesforce configuration and declarative capabilities.
4. Experience developing and consuming REST and SOAP APIs.
5. Strong understanding of Salesforce Data Model, Security Model, Sharing Framework, and Governor Limits.
6. Experience working with Sales Cloud and/or Service Cloud.
7. Experience with Git, Salesforce CLI, CI/CD pipelines, Copado, Gearset, or similar deployment tools.
8. Experience working within Agile/Scrum delivery teams.
9. Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.

1. Salesforce Platform Developer I Certification.
2. Salesforce Administrator Certification.
3. Salesforce JavaScript Developer I Certification.
4. Experience with Experience Cloud implementations.
5. Exposure to Platform Events and event-driven integrations.
6. Experience with enterprise-scale Salesforce implementations.
7. Knowledge of deployment automation and release management processes.
8. Experience working with third-party integrations and middleware platforms.
9. Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

• 3–5+ years of Salesforce Development experience.
• Strong expertise in Apex, LWC, SOQL/SOSL, Flows, and Salesforce Configuration.
• Experience designing and implementing REST/SOAP integrations.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce security and sharing models.
• Experience with CI/CD, source control, and deployment tools.
• Experience working in Agile delivery environments.
• Ability to independently develop, test, deploy, and support Salesforce solutions.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams in enterprise Salesforce programs.
