As a SAP - MDG- Manager, you will specialize in providing consulting services for data and analytics solutions using SAP technologies. You will analyze client requirements, design and implement data management and analytics solutions, and provide training and support for effective utilization of SAP data and analytics tools. Within our Technology Consulting practice, you will work closely with clients to understand their data needs, develop data models, perform data analysis, and create visualizations and reports to support data-driven decision-making, helping them optimize their data management processes, enhance data quality, and derive valuable insights from their data to achieve their strategic objectives.

As a Manager, you will lead teams and manage client accounts, focusing on strategic planning and mentoring junior staff. You are accountable for confirming project success and maintaining standards. Enhancing your leadership style, you motivate, develop, and inspire others to deliver quality. You are responsible for coaching, leveraging team members' unique strengths, and managing performance to deliver on client expectations. With your growing knowledge of how business works, you play an important role in identifying opportunities that contribute to the success of our Firm. You are expected to lead with integrity and authenticity, articulating our purpose and values in a meaningful way.

Responsibilities

- Leading the design and implementation of SAP data management and analytics solutions to meet client needs
- Analyzing client requirements and developing data models to support data-driven decision-making
- Overseeing the integration and migration of data using SAP Data Integration and SAP Data Intelligence Cloud
- Creating visualizations and reports with SAP Analytics Cloud and SAP BusinessObjects Business Intelligence
- Managing data quality improvement plans to enhance data accuracy and reliability
- Providing training and support to clients for effective utilization of SAP data and analytics tools
- Collaborating with clients to optimize data management processes and derive valuable insights
- Mentoring team members to develop their skills in data analysis and SAP technologies
- Addressing and resolving conflicts or issues with clients and team members
- Upholding professional and technical standards in all deliverables and client interactions

What You Must Have

- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 4 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required

What Sets You Apart

- At least one of the following: One or more SAP certifications in SAP Data and Analytics solutions, including SAP Analytics Cloud, SAP Datasphere, SAP Business Warehouse (BW/4HANA), SAP Data Intelligence, or related data platform credentials
- Demonstrating proficiency in SAP BW/4HANA and SAP Analytics Cloud
