About your role:

We are seeking a driven and people-focused Supervisor, Operations to lead a team responsible for delivering exceptional operational and client support outcomes. In this role, you will oversee daily workflow management, service delivery, quality performance, and employee development while ensuring operational targets and service level commitments are consistently achieved.

The ideal candidate is a strong leader who can motivate teams, manage competing priorities, solve complex operational challenges, and drive continuous improvement. Success in this role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, process management expertise, and the ability to collaborate effectively across multiple business functions.

What You'll Do

• Lead and develop a team responsible for delivering exceptional operational and client support outcomes.
• Oversee daily operations, ensuring service levels, quality standards, and business objectives are consistently achieved.
• Coach and mentor team members, providing performance feedback and supporting career growth and development.
• Resolve escalated operational and client issues while driving a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Analyze operational performance, identify trends, and implement solutions that improve efficiency and effectiveness.
• Partner with internal stakeholders to optimize processes, support strategic initiatives, and drive continuous improvement.
• Maintain a strong focus on risk management, compliance, and operational excellence.
