Business and team: 

Business Banking Operations Team

Impact and Contributions: 

Support day-to-day business banking operations across merchant services, business accounts, collateral, bank guarantees and institutional client service. The role contributes to accurate processing, timely follow-up and controlled customer outcomes by working within procedures, service levels and quality standards.

  

Roles & Responsibilities: 

• Support routine business banking operations requests across merchant services, business accounts, collateral, bank guarantees and institutional client service activities.

• Assist with merchant services activities, including chargebacks, disputes, merchant maintenance, fulfillment and related case updates.

• Complete basic account origination, account maintenance and everyday business banking tasks in line with standard operating procedures.

• Update operational records for collateral management and bank guarantee establishment, amendment and cancellation activities.

• Check request details, identify missing information or exceptions and escalate to the appropriate team member or subject matter expert.

• Follow process controls, checklists, risk and compliance requirements while meeting assigned service and quality standards.

  

Essential Skills:

• 0-2 years' experience preferred in banking operations, financial services, client service or back-office processing.

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in transaction or case processing.

• Basic analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Good written and verbal communication skills.

• Ability to follow procedures, manage assigned work and meet deadlines in a team environment.

• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office and operational systems.

Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Commerce or a related field preferred.
