Gogo Cabs is an AI-first intercity cab aggregator operating across Tamil Nadu, Kerala, Karnataka, Andhra Pradesh, and Puducherry. We are looking for a Customer Care Executive to handle inbound and outbound calls with customers and drivers, resolve queries, confirm bookings, and ensure a smooth ride experience.

📌 Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls from customers and drivers.
• Confirm bookings and provide ride status updates.
• Resolve customer queries and support drivers with onboarding and trip-related issues.
• Coordinate with the Operations team for dispatch and unresolved complaints.
• Follow up on pending bookings, cancellations, and payment-related queries.
• Maintain accurate call logs and customer/driver records in internal systems.
• Ensure a smooth customer and driver experience throughout the trip.
• Work in rotational shifts, including night shifts, as required for 24×7 support.

Ideal Candidate Profile

• Freshers can apply; prior telecalling experience is not mandatory.
• Good communication and customer-handling skills.
• Comfortable handling inbound and outbound calls.
• Should be comfortable working in rotational and night shifts.
• Ability to handle customer and driver queries professionally and coordinate with internal teams.

💰 Salary & Incentives

• ₹15,000 – ₹25,000/month, as per skill and experience.
