What would you do? • Responsible for leading and managing sourcing delivery for assigned roles skills and geographies ensuring a strong and consistent talent pipeline to support recruitment demand. The role focuses on advanced sourcing strategies pipeline optimization sourcing governance and close collaboration with recruiters and recruitment operations teams to enable timely and high quality hiring outcomes. • Recruitment operational activities include delivery of all Recruitment Dashboards responsible for the overall maintenance and delivery of all Recruitment services HR Information Systems HR Project Management Office Vendor Management Continuous Improvement HR budgets and all Service Management activities including measurement of SLAs and OLAs. Experience with US and Canada recruitment and managing recruitment • Day to day activity strategic development and ongoing operation of all Recruitment services under the client account including Workforce planning Sourcing Screening and onboarding. Responsible for leading and influencing the delivery of RPO operational activities and maintains a strong knowledge of operational best practices. • The role operates within defined recruitment and RPO frameworks

The role supports workforce planning sourcing screening and onboarding activities while ensuring delivery of Recruitment services in line with contractual metrics and operational best practices.
Roles and Responsibilities: • Meet or exceed primary and secondary metrics as defined contractually in the client agreement across Talent Acquisition Delivery • Manage day to day client interactions and communications • Mentor and manage a team of recruiters • Develop and deploy process improvement initiatives and process optimization projects within the deal • Provide overall direction to projects to ensure smooth operations while ensuring client issues are handled with urgency and care • Utilize reporting tools to determine root cause performance issues and work directly with Operations teams to address issues and provide guidance • Handle team performance related issues within the team • Partner with Hiring Managers and candidates and ensure continuous engagement throughout the end to end hiring process • Communicate with candidates regarding interview logistics feedback and next steps • Prepare and send offer letters and other employment related documents • Ensure compliance with US labor laws and internal hiring policies • Generate recruitment reports and dashboards as needed • Assist in job postings on various job boards and social media platforms • Liaise with hiring managers to ensure timely feedback and process updates • Knowledge Skills Requirements • Recruitment service delivery and RPO operations • SLA KPI tracking and operational governance • Team mentoring and performance management • Client interaction and issue resolution • Recruitment analytics and dashboard reporting • Process optimization and continuous improvement • Strong understanding of end to end recruitment lifecycle • Excellent communication skills with professional error free language • Ability to interact confidently with clients and internal stakeholders • Clear articulation during operational and governance discussions • Knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems ATS Smart Recruiter Job Boards HCM platforms • Talent sourcing strategy and market intelligence
