Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in ServiceNow, ITSM, ITOM, CMDB.
- Strong knowledge of cloud computing concepts and SaaS architecture principles.
- Experience with designing multi-tenant applications and modular software components.
- Ability to define and enforce customization limits to maintain system integrity.
- Familiarity with security best practices and cost optimization strategies in SaaS environments.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on scalable and maintainable solutions.
