As a Business Architect, a typical day involves leading comprehensive evaluations of the current business environment to uncover opportunities that can deliver measurable value to clients. This role requires defining high-level customer needs and designing the necessary business frameworks and solutions to support these opportunities. Additionally, the position involves crafting detailed business cases that align with the strategic vision, ensuring that proposed initiatives are both feasible and impactful. Collaboration with various stakeholders to align objectives and drive business transformation is a key aspect of daily activities.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics CRM Technical.
- Strong expertise in designing and implementing customer relationship management solutions.
- Experience in integrating Microsoft Dynamics CRM with other enterprise systems.
- Ability to analyze complex business processes and translate them into technical requirements.
- Skilled in customizing and configuring Microsoft Dynamics CRM to meet diverse business needs.
- Competence in troubleshooting and optimizing CRM performance to enhance user experience.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 6 years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics CRM Technical.
- This position is based at our BDC7A - SEZ location.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
