Summary:
As a Solution Architect, a typical day involves interpreting client needs and transforming them into unique and actionable solutions. This role requires close collaboration with sales and delivery teams to craft strategies that not only meet client expectations but also strengthen the overall business proposition. The position demands continuous engagement with various stakeholders to ensure that the solutions developed are practical, innovative, and aligned with the client s goals, fostering a seamless integration of technology and business objectives.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the design and implementation of complex solutions that address client challenges effectively.
- Facilitate communication between technical teams and business stakeholders to ensure alignment and clarity.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and enhance team capabilities.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in ServiceNow IT Service Management (ITSM).
- Strong expertise in designing and deploying IT service management solutions within enterprise environments.
- Experience in integrating ServiceNow ITSM with other enterprise systems and platforms.
- Ability to analyze complex business processes and translate them into technical requirements.
- Skilled in solution architecture principles, including scalability, security, and maintainability.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering client-centric solutions.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in ServiceNow IT Service Management (ITSM).
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
