• Maintain and support core line of business applications.​
• Configuration and set-up according to Business Requirements​
• Vendor management and communication​
• Monitor, troubleshoot and analyse issues within the Systems.​
• Assist in client on-boarding and new systems Implementation projects​
• Core systems major upgrades​
• Documenting changes and design of the application​
• Change management​
• Provide sound, quality and technical guidance to clients and internal stakeholders​
• Perform other tasks as necessary to support team development​
• Any other duties in the scope of the role ​
  that the company requires.​

Skills / experience​

• ​
• 3 years or more experience in a support role​
• Excellent team player​
• Improvement initiatives​

• Root cause analysis​
• Microsoft technologies and architecture​
• SQL​
• IIS​
• Server platforms​
• Good written and verbal communications skills (English)​
• Highly motivated with ability to multitask​
• eFront Invest system knowledge is a must;​
