Could you be the full-time DevOps Architect in Bangalore we’re looking for?

Your future role

Take on a new challenge and apply your expertise in DevOps architecture to a cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside a dynamic and collaborative team of software architects, API architects, and other talented professionals.

You'll play a key role in shaping the infrastructure design, configuration, and operation of our Data Platform, contributing to innovative solutions that drive the future of mobility. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with cross-functional teams across the business (e.g., railway system architects, data scientists, data engineers), provide technical guidance, and ensure seamless DevOps processes for both on-premise and cloud environments.

You’ll specifically take care of preparing product technical designs and architecture, as well as optimizing release management processes, but also mentor team members and support the adoption of best practices across the organization.

We’ll look to you for:

• Preparing and reviewing product technical design and architecture

• Leading the entire DevOps lifecycle, including code integration, release management, and deployment environments

• Troubleshooting and providing technical support to product users

• Mentoring team members and promoting the adoption of innovative cloud techniques

• Creating and managing a cloud strategy (Azure and on-premise) and its adaptation process

• Standardizing software development release management processes

• Writing and maintaining technical documentation, including release and upgrade processes

• Providing guidance to data platform users on container-based application development and deployment

• Analyzing technical choices with data-backed decisions aligned to product strategy

All about you

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in computer science, information systems, or related engineering fields

• 14+ years of experience in IT and/or digital companies

• Outstanding technical leadership with hands-on experience in DevOps configuration and deployment

• Expertise in Ansible, Terraform, and Python

• Experience in scripting (PowerShell, Python, Bash) to create reusable components

• Knowledge of containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes (mandatory), with experience in developing Helm charts and Kubernetes operators

• Experience with Azure cloud provisioning, deployment, and troubleshooting

• Familiarity with platform security best practices, networking concepts, and cloud technologies

• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills for designing and troubleshooting distributed systems

• Experience with tools like Git, GitLab, Azure DevOps, and Visual Studio Code

• Previous experience as a platform or solution architect is a plus

• Familiarity with SUSE Harvester/Openshift and AKS (mandatory)
