Job Description

Responsibilities


  • Answer incoming taxi booking calls from Foreign customers.
  • Enter trip details accurately into the taxi dispatching portal/software.
  • Communicate clearly and politely with customers and drivers.
  • Monitor ongoing trips and update status in the system.
  • Handle cancellations, rescheduling, or additional instructions from customers.
  • Maintain shift logs and handover notes at the end of each shift.
  • Follow company communication and data-handling guidelines.
  • Ability to work in rotational shifts.
