Job SummaryGetlux is looking for Tele Collection Executives to contact customers regarding overdue loan payments, follow up on pending dues, and support timely repayments.


  • Roles and ResponsibilitiesMake outbound calls to customers for overdue loan payments.
  • Explain pending dues and payment details clearly.
  • Follow up on promised payment dates (PTP).
  • Encourage customers to make timely payments.
  • Update call status, customer feedback, and payment commitments in the system.
  • Achieve daily and monthly collection targets.
  • Handle customer queries professionally and follow company policies.
  • Eligibility CriteriaFreshers and experienced candidates can apply.
  • Good communication skills in English and regional languages.
  • Basic computer knowledge.
  • Good convincing and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work towards targets.
