Tech Lead, Business Systems Analysis

Brief Job Description:

US Payments Business Analyst – Wire & SWIFT Payments role at Fiserv (Pune) targeting candidates with 8–10 years of experience.

Core Focus Areas

• Domestic and international wire transfer processing
• SWIFT payments and messaging
• Business analysis and requirements management
• Payment operations and process improvement
• Stakeholder collaboration across business, operations, compliance, risk, and technology teams

Key Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements
• Create:
  • Functional requirements
  • User stories
  • Process flows
  • Use cases
  • Acceptance criteria

• Support wire transfer and SWIFT payment initiatives
• Conduct:
  • Gap analysis
  • Impact analysis
  • Root cause analysis

• Work with development and testing teams
• Support UAT and implementation activities
• Ensure compliance with payment controls and regulatory requirements
• Drive continuous improvement after implementation

Mandatory Skills

✅ 8–10 years of Business Analysis / Payments / Banking Operations experience
✅ Strong knowledge of Wire Transfers
✅ Strong knowledge of SWIFT Payments
✅ Requirements gathering and documentation experience
✅ Understanding of payment workflows and exception handling
✅ Stakeholder management and communication skills
✅ Testing and implementation support experience

Preferred Skills

• US Payments domain experience
• SWIFT message types (e.g., MT/MX messages)
• Compliance and sanctions screening knowledge
• Agile methodology experience
• Tools:
  • JIRA
  • Confluence
  • Visio
  • SQL
  • Reporting tools

• Banking or FinTech background
