Summary:
As a Packaged/SaaS Application Engineer, a typical day involves configuring and supporting packaged or software as a service applications to tailor features according to evolving business requirements. The role includes managing application releases and ensuring the overall stability and performance of the system. Daily activities also involve utilizing standard tools, application programming interfaces, and low-code platforms to deliver solutions that align with organizational goals while maintaining compatibility across various components. Collaboration with different teams to monitor system health and implement necessary adjustments is a key part of the work routine.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an subject matter expert.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into effective application configurations.
- Monitor system performance and proactively identify areas for improvement to enhance user experience.
- Document configuration changes and maintain detailed records to support ongoing maintenance and audits.
- Assist junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on best practices.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in ServiceNow Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM).
- Strong understanding of application configuration and release management processes.
- Experience working with APIs and integrating third-party tools within packaged applications.
- Familiarity with low-code development platforms to customize and extend application functionality.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve system issues to maintain application stability and performance.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in ServiceNow Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM).
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
