Responsibilities
Pega Lead Solution Architect (LSA) – Job Description
- Lead end-to-end design and delivery of Pega BPM/CRM solutions aligned with business goals
- Define application architecture, design frameworks, and best practices using Pega PRPC platform
- Guide and mentor development teams on Pega design principles and guardrails
- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions
- Ensure high-quality delivery, performance optimization, and adherence to Pega standards
- Conduct design reviews, code reviews, and troubleshoot complex issues
- Drive integration strategy with external systems (APIs, services, etc.)
- Maintain governance, compliance, and documentation across projects
Key Skills:
Pega architecture, Case Management, Integration (REST/SOAP), Decisioning, UI design, Performance tuning
Preferred:
Pega LSA certification, Agile experience, strong stakeholder communication
Qualifications
Education : ME/MTech/BE/BTech/MCA/BCA/MSC/BSC with min of 6+ Years of relevant experience.
