Deputy Manager – Agriculture & Domestic Pumps
We are seeking a dynamic Sales Engineer to drive sales and provide technical expertise for our range of agricultural irrigation pumps and domestic water pumps. The ideal candidate will combine engineering knowledge with strong customer engagement skills to deliver solutions that meet the needs of farmers, households, and distributors.
Key Responsibilities
- Promote and sell agricultural and domestic pump solutions to farmers, households, and dealers.
- Conduct product demonstrations, presentations, and technical consultations.
- Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate pump models and configurations.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets while expanding the dealer network.
- Provide installation guidance, troubleshooting, and after-sales support.
- Maintain strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and end-users.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to inform strategy.
- Participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and promotional events.
