Role Description
Trading Enabler is responsible for providing support in trade idea generation. Work includes:
- Performing data analysis and identifying potential trading opportunities / trading strategies
- Analyzing economic, industry, and company data and developing detailed financial models
- Providing risk management support, including risk analysis
- Scenario modelling for structured products
- Reporting and trade capture; analysis of hedging strategies and rule based hedging
- Building advanced quantitative models and automation tools for pricing

Your key responsibilities
The role is an extension of GEM Business Intelligence and will act as a Project and Delivery Manager for business, product and implementation initiatives across Global Emerging Markets, with a focus on solutions and business-led change. The individual will partner closely with COOs, Business Managers, Front Office, Product, Sales/Coverage and Infrastructure teams to translate business priorities into structured delivery plans, manage execution, track risks and dependencies, and ensure initiatives are implemented in a controlled, timely and commercially focused manner.
- Own end-to-end delivery of business, product and implementation initiatives, including scope definition, project planning, prioritization, milestone tracking, dependency management, issue/risk resolution and senior stakeholder reporting.
- Drive strategy and workflow implementation initiatives, including customized business requirements, testing coordination, internal and external training/coaching, phased product setup and client or business migration activity.
- Apply product management discipline by helping define product objectives, business requirements, success measures, prioritized backlogs, rollout plans, adoption approach and post-implementation review for delivered initiatives.
- Manage product working groups and delivery forums, including agenda setting, review of implementation pipelines, trends and KPIs, minutes, action follow-up, decision tracking and escalation of risks or dependencies.
- Produce management reporting, performance tracking, business KPI dashboards and analytical insights to support commercial initiatives, pipeline visibility, control oversight and senior management decision-making.
- Build and maintain strong partnerships across Front Office, COOs, Business Management, Product, Sales/Coverage, Technology, Operations, Finance, Risk and Control teams, working effectively in a global matrix organization.
Your skills and experience
- MBA in Finance, Business, Technology or related discipline from a premier institution, or equivalent relevant experience.
- 5-12 years of experience in delivery management, product management, implementation, business management, COO, change or transformation roles within Banking, Financial Markets or Investment Banking.
- Proven ability to manage delivery across the full lifecycle, including requirements definition, roadmap planning, prioritization, project plans, testing coordination, change adoption, implementation governance and post-implementation review.
- Strong product mindset with experience translating business needs into clear product outcomes, requirements, implementation plans, acceptance criteria, user adoption approach and measurable success metrics.
- Good conceptual understanding of FX, Transactional FX, FX payments, pricing, market terminology, corporate cash management and related product or implementation workflows is preferred
- Very strong analytical skills with the ability to understand business economics, track performance, analyze trends, produce management reporting, and use KPIs to identify commercial or control opportunities.
- Strong interpersonal, influencing and communication skills with the ability to engage senior stakeholders, manage competing priorities, and work across cross-functional and cross-cultural teams.
