Leads and manages Data Management teams, ensuring high-quality, timely project delivery while developing, retaining, and resourcing talent. Supports business growth through client engagements, bids, and presentations, and provides Data Management expertise across projects.

As an Account Lead, serves as the primary client contact, providing oversight across multiple studies/projects, ensuring consistent delivery, quality, governance, and client satisfaction. Responsible for resource planning, training, KPI management, utilization, recruitment strategy, and cross-functional collaboration.

Drives account performance by aligning with business objectives, maintaining profitability, fostering strong client relationships, supporting new business opportunities, and proactively managing risks, issues, and contingency planning.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor Data Management teams, ensuring high-quality, timely project delivery and team development.
• Serve as the primary client and internal escalation point, driving account governance, resource planning, KPIs, and operational excellence.
• Build and maintain strong client partnerships, support business growth, and contribute to bid pursuits and strategic initiatives.
• Oversee training, compliance, quality management, and adherence to ICH-GCP, regulatory requirements, and SOPs.
• Manage resource allocation, utilization, recruitment planning, financial performance, and risk mitigation across global teams.
• Foster cross-functional collaboration to achieve account objectives and continuous process improvement.

Experience

• 10+ years of experience in Clinical Data Management, project leadership, account management, and people management within the clinical research/pharmaceutical industry.
• Proven track record of leading global teams, managing client partnerships, and delivering complex clinical programs.
• Strong understanding of cross-functional clinical development processes, regulatory compliance, and operational excellence.

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Biotechnology, or a related field.
• Professional certifications and industry affiliations preferred.
