Summary:
As a Packaged or Software as a Service Application Engineer, a typical day involves configuring and supporting packaged or cloud-based applications to tailor features according to evolving business requirements. The role includes managing software releases and ensuring the overall stability and performance of the systems. The engineer works with various tools, application programming interfaces, and low-code platforms to deliver solutions that align with organizational goals while maintaining compatibility across different environments. Collaboration with cross-functional teams to address operational challenges and optimize application functionality is also a key part of the daily routine.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become a subject matter expert.
- Required active participation and contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical configurations.
- Monitor application performance and troubleshoot issues to maintain system reliability.
- Document configuration changes and maintain knowledge bases for future reference.
- Assist junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on best practices.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Azure Databricks.
- Experience with cloud-based data processing and analytics platforms.
- Familiarity with APIs and integration techniques for packaged and SaaS applications.
- Knowledge of low-code or no-code platforms to customize application features.
- Ability to manage software release cycles and deployment processes.
- Strong problem-solving skills to address technical challenges and optimize system performance.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Microsoft Azure Databricks.
- This position is based at our BDC7C - SEZ location.
