Junior Architect

We are looking for a Junior Architect with a strong interest in Interior Architecture and Product Design to join our growing design team.

The role involves working across high-end residential, commercial, retail, F&B, and product design projects. You will contribute to projects from concept development through execution, while strengthening your technical, design, visualization, and coordination skills.

We are looking for someone who is creative, detail-oriented, technically sound, and eager to take ownership of their work. The ideal candidate should be able to balance strong design thinking with functionality, practicality, and execution requirements.

• Qualifications & SkillsMinimum 1 year of experience working on residential and/or commercial interior projects, preferably including office, retail, or F&B spaces
• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field
• Strong interest in learning and contributing to furniture and product design
• A strong portfolio demonstrating design thinking, detailing, functionality, and visual presentation
• Proficiency in Vectorworks preferred, along with AutoCAD and SketchUp
• Working knowledge of software such as Rhino, Revit, Twinmotion, Enscape, Lumion, V-Ray, Adobe Creative Suite, and presentation tools is an advantage
• Strong 3D visualization and storytelling skills through renders, presentations, and walkthroughs
• Good understanding of materials, finishes, lighting, furniture, and interior detailing
• Strong design sense with a keen eye for proportion, detail, composition, and execution
• Good communication and presentation skills, with the ability to clearly articulate design ideas
• Ability to receive feedback, learn quickly, and work collaboratively within a design team
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously
• Key ResponsibilitiesAssist in the design and development of interior projects from concept through execution
• Develop concept presentations, mood boards, material palettes, detailed drawings, and 3D models
• Prepare space plans, furniture layouts, reflected ceiling plans, elevations, sections, and joinery details
• Assist in developing furniture and product design concepts, drawings, materials, and detailing
• Produce accurate technical and execution drawings for site
• Prepare and maintain material specification sheets, FF&E schedules, lighting schedules, and finish schedules
• Assist with material sourcing, vendor coordination, specifications, and BOQ preparation
• Coordinate with consultants, vendors, suppliers, contractors, and site teams to ensure design requirements are communicated and executed correctly
• Visit project sites to monitor progress, resolve design-related issues, and ensure the design intent is maintained
• Coordinate external submissions and follow up with consultants and suppliers as required
• Work closely with senior designers and project leads on design development and day-to-day project requirements
• Maintain organized project documentation, drawing registers, and drawing issue records
• Format, print, compile, and distribute drawing sets for project managers and site teams
• Maintain structured and updated project folders, CAD files, models, references, and documentation
• Review drawings thoroughly for dimensions, coordination, detailing, accuracy, and completeness before issue
• Support multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining timelines and quality standards
