IT Delivery
• Primary skills:Technology->Package Testing->PEGA Testing Lead end-to-end testing activities for PEGA-based applications and platforms. Define test strategy, test plans, test scenarios, and test execution approach. Collaborate with Business Analysts, PEGA Developers, Architects, and stakeholders to understand requirements and ensure quality deliverables. Review user stories, business requirements, and design specifications for test coverage. Manage Functional, Integration, System, Regression, UAT, and End-to-End Testing. Validate PEGA workflows, case management processes, business rules, decision tables, and integrations. Lead defect triage meetings and track defects through resolution. Ensure test deliverables meet project timelines and quality standards. Mentor and guide QA team members on PEGA testing best practices. Prepare test reports, dashboards, metrics, and quality KPIs for stakeholders.Job role
