As a Custom Software Engineering Lead, a typical day involves overseeing the technical direction and architectural design of bespoke software solutions. This role requires guiding teams through the entire development lifecycle, from initial design concepts to final delivery. The position focuses on establishing development standards and ensuring that the software produced meets high benchmarks for quality, scalability, and performance, all while aligning with the broader business goals. Collaboration and leadership are central to managing the workflow and driving successful project outcomes.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the establishment and enforcement of development best practices and coding standards.
- Facilitate effective communication and coordination among cross-functional teams to ensure project alignment.
- Mentor and support junior team members to foster professional growth and skill development.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SnapLogic.
- Strong knowledge of software architecture principles and design patterns relevant to custom software development.
- Experience in managing and optimizing software performance and scalability.
- Ability to lead technical discussions and make informed decisions that impact project direction.
- Familiarity with integration platforms and middleware solutions to support complex system interactions.
- Skilled in troubleshooting and resolving technical challenges within software projects.
