1. The Manager - Service Branch is responsible for overseeing branch operations, ensuring adherence to operational TATs, regulatory guidelines and internal controls. 
2. The role manages settlement and return processing, reconciliation, mandate monitoring, vendor and stakeholder coordination, NPCI and correspondent bank interactions, audit and compliance activities, MIS reporting and team management to ensure seamless and efficient service delivery.

1.  Responsible for adhering to the operational TAT guidelines and norms.
2. Team Management - Evaluating team member responsibilities and conducting training & meeting to smooth flow of process and updates.
3. External communication - Vendors, NPCI, RBI & Corresponding Banks co-ordination.
4. Reconciliation of GL accounts.
5. Publishing various MIS to senior management & branches.
6. Conducting BCP Operations.
7. Handling audit & audit queries.
8. Fortnightly inspection to ensure compliance.
9. Mentoring and on boarding of new joinee.
10. Compliant management.
11. Analyzing and monitoring workflow to identify risk factors and erradication of frauds. 

Experience: 7 - 10 years

Qualification: Graduation/ Post‑Graduation (Any specialization)
